Lincolnshire Field Products is proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone in the career of one of its most dedicated team members. Today, Ben Walker was honoured with a 25 Year Service Award, marking a quarter-century of outstanding commitment and contribution to the company.
Ben, who joined Lincolnshire Field Products in 2000, has been a cornerstone of the team, known for his reliability, expertise, and unwavering work ethic. Over the years, he has played a vital role in the success and growth of the business, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues across the organisation.
To commemorate this achievement, Ben was presented with a watch in recognition of his service. The award was personally handed over by Robin Hancox, Managing Director, and Paul Langford, Senior Farm Manager, next to Ben’s much loved Fendt 940 Vario MT.
Robin Hancox praised Ben’s dedication, saying, “Ben’s loyalty and hard work over the past 25 years has been truly exceptional. He embodies the values we hold dear at Lincolnshire Field Products, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has done.”
Paul Langford added, “It’s rare to find someone as committed and consistent as Ben. His contribution to the farm and the wider team has been invaluable.”
Reflecting on his time at Lincolnshire Field Products, Ben shared, “It’s been 25 years, and I can honestly say it’s a great place to be. I’d like to thank Robin for his support over the years. We stay positive, and through thick and thin, we keep going. I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.”
