Key Facts About Our Christmas Sprout Production
- We grow 500 acres of Brussels Sprouts every year.
- For the Christmas period alone, we harvest 150 acres between 14th and 22nd December.
- Harvesting started on 14th December, with teams working 20 hour days to keep up with demand.
- From 16th December, we are packing Brussels Sprouts 24 hours a day.
- Over the next 7 days, our production facility will handle 1.5 million packs – that’s a staggering 64.5 million individual sprouts!
