Our premium Brussels Sprouts are grown with care and expertise in the fertile fields of South Lincolnshire, delivering excellent flavour, texture, and consistency. Predominantly harvested during the cooler months, typically from October to March, although we do specialise in early production with our new season crop available from 1st August most years. They’re known for their distinctive taste and impressive nutritional value—rich in fibre, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Ideal for retail, catering, and processing, our sprouts are carefully selected and packed to maintain freshness and quality.
